We looking for a part-time (16-24 hrs) front-of-house staff member (with the possibility of full-time in late winter/early spring 2026).
Ideal availability would include 11am-7pm Friday Saturday and or Sunday with the option of 2-4hr closing shifts on Wednesdays.
Bloodborne Pathogen and First Aide/CPR Certification Required!
Decorum will pay for these certifications
We also provide industry specific in-house training on state rules/regulations, Exposure Control and Materials Safety Standards.
As a micro-business we cannot offer much by way of benefits like health/dental/vision insurance or retirement planning.
Employees accrue at least one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked, capped at 40 hrs annually for part-time staff.
Bonuses issued based on reliability/performance.
Initial compensation ranges from $15-25/hr depending on experience, with quarterly-ish reviews.

Position Description
Handle communications:
Answer calls text messages, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Schedule management:
Schedule/manage calendars for multiple staff with varied services and appt durations.
Customer service and sales:
Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Engage in conversations to understand guest needs and preferences.
Handle transactions, including card and cash sales.
Inform clients about warranties, return policies, and payment options.
Maintain Client records:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate confidential filing and record-keeping systems.
Manage studio supplies:
Monitor office/cleaning supplies to ensure they are adequately stocked.
General studio upkeep:
Keep the reception, break and bathroom area clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide support:
Assist Piercers with various clerical/cleaning tasks as needed.
